  • - What is the MOQ?

  • - Do we offer in-house design services?
    We can help you do simple design work and page layouts. For more sophisticated or specialized designs, we recommend consulting your own designer or reaching out to us for a referral.
  • - What color reference do we accept/prefer?
    Please provide us with Pantone color code to reference your designs. HEX, RGB, CMYK colors are not recommended as their appearance may vary depending on monitor settings.
  • - What is the payment term and options?
    Payment Term: 50% in advance to start the order; remaining 50%+Shipping at completion before shipment. Payment Options: Wire Transfers, ACH Transfers, Checks, Zelle
  • - What is the shipping method and cost?
    If your business has a FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping account, we will ship via your account. If not, we will ship with our account and the cost is due in the second installment.
  • - What types of design files do we accept/prefer?
    AI, SVG, CDR, Editable PDF files. Please provides design/artwork files in high resolutions to ensure they remain clear and unblurred when zoomed in.
  • - What is the order process?
    Our Simple and Efficient Process: Request a Quote: Email us your details and specifications, including artwork, size, quantity, materials, colors, finishes, and any other relevant information. Order Confirmation: Once your order and deposit are confirmed, we will provide free layout/mockup samples for your virtual approval prior to production. Production Process Update: After production starts, we will advise the estimated completion date. Shipping Notification: Once your order is complete and ready to ship, we will send you an update with tracking information. We make the process seamless and hassle-free to ensure your satisfaction!
  • - Do we offer recycled/sustainable products?
    Yes, we offer sustainable material options. Please let us know when requesting a quote or placing your order. Kindly note that the cost of sustainable materials may be slightly higher than standard materials.
  • - What is a mold fee charge?
    For certain sophisticated products, custom molds or plates may be required for production. In such cases, an upfront mole fee may apply.
